Shipping Locations

At this time, Cardelly ships only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. There is no minimum purchase required.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

After your order has been processed, standard delivery typically takes:

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package.

Packaging

All trading card boxes and collectibles are carefully packaged to help protect them during transit. We take extra care to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)
  • Photos of the shipping box and label

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Cardelly is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
